How does exercise influence our wellbeing?
We know keeping active is good for us and can help us feel good in many ways, but we wanted to know how exercise might influence other aspects of wellbeing. The graph shows that as the amount of moderate-intensity exercise (like brisk walking) performed per week increases, anxiety levels go down and life satisfaction goes up.
And there’s lots more to find out about our fitness habits in the app, such as how different types of exercise are linked to wellbeing and what lifestyle changes we can all make to feel fit and healthy.
Why do insights matter?
Knowing these insights and unlocking more in the app can help you discover approaches that people in the app community are taking to stay happy and well. It’s all about seeing where you might fit in with the trends and learning from each other different ways to feel fitter, healthier and happier.
