What factors are associated with better sleep?
A way to measure whether we’re sleeping well is by noticing how long it takes to fall asleep. The chart shows how different factors are associated with falling asleep within 30 minutes among our app community. The green bars indicate a higher likelihood of falling asleep within 30 minutes, the red shows a lower likelihood. For example, although we can't say one causes the other, we can see that users are more likely to fall asleep quickly if they go to bed at a regular time.
