Diet Insights

Eating well is one of the best things we can do to keep ourselves healthy, so we’ve been asking our users about their nutritional habits.

Scroll down to explore some of the insights we’ve discovered from the app community and find out how you can contribute to this exciting research.

What foods are linked with better energy levels?

Food doesn’t just taste good, it’s also our fuel. The green line in the graph shows the more fruit and grain portions our users eat, the higher their energy levels. Conversely, those who eat processed food and sugary drinks generally tend to have lower energy levels.

So what else can we learn from people with good diets in the Evergreen Life community?

Why do insights matter?

Knowing these insights and unlocking more in the app can help you discover approaches that people in the app community are taking to stay happy and well. It’s all about seeing where you might fit in with the trends and learning from each other different ways to feel fitter, healthier and happier.
