Evergreen Life now provides free repeat prescription delivery, direct to any door in the UK for patients across England. Our first supplier partnership is with Pharmacy2U, the UK’s largest online pharmacy, with other suppliers being made available soon.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, many patients may be finding it difficult to get hold of the medication and supplies they need whilst still following social distancing guidelines. Online services, available from some local NHS pharmacies as well as national NHS registered services, can help by delivering the medication patients need right to their door for free, whilst avoiding unnecessary face-to-face contact and queues. You can now arrange your medication delivery from your Evergreen Life App without leaving your home.
Access your repeat medications remotely
As an NHS-assured provider of GP online services, Evergreen Life lets people book GP appointments, view GP records, and order their repeat prescriptions to collect from a pharmacy. Now with this latest release and through partnership with registered NHS online pharmacies, patients have the convenience of ordering repeat prescriptions to be delivered to their home with just a few taps on their phone or on the computer.

How to sign up for NHS repeat prescription ordering
To get your repeat prescriptions delivered, you first need to make sure your Evergreen Life account is linked to your GP system (or create an account if you don’t already have one). With the current social distancing measures in place, the Evergreen Life app allows users to GP link remotely without even leaving home using NHS login functionality. NHS login is a single username and password that allows you to access your GP services without need to visit the practice. Patients can also link by using unique codes contained in a letter from their GP practice.
In your Evergreen Life account, simply order your medication for delivery in GP section. Follow the steps, your medicine will then be delivered by Royal Mail in discreet packaging to an address of your choice.

How does prescription delivery work?
The EPS (Electronic Prescription Service) sends your prescriptions electronically to your chosen pharmacy. This means you no longer have to collect paper prescriptions from your GP practice, and instead can go straight to your nominated pharmacy or any UK address (like your home, office or another safe place) to pick up your medicines or medical appliances.
The service is available through the Evergreen Life app and website.
