As an NHS-assured provider of GP online services, Evergreen Life already lets you book a doctor’s appointment, view GP records, and order your repeat prescriptions to be delivered. The addition of UK-based online pharmacy, Chemist4U, on the Evergreen Life app and website provides an additional choice that delivers medications to your door for free typically within four to five days of ordering, helping you get your NHS prescriptions conveniently and safely.
How to sign up for NHS repeat prescription ordering
To get your prescriptions delivered, you need to make sure your Evergreen Life account is linked to your GP system. With the current social distancing measures in place, the Evergreen Life app allows users to GP link without even leaving home using NHS login. Patients can also link by using unique codes contained in a letter from their GP practice.
In your Evergreen Life account, simply order your medication for delivery in the GP section. Follow the steps, your medicine will then be delivered by Royal Mail or local courier in discreet packaging to an address of your choice.

How does prescription delivery work?
The EPS (Electronic Prescription Service) sends your prescriptions electronically to your chosen pharmacy. This means you no longer have to collect paper prescriptions from your GP practice, and instead can go straight to your nominated pharmacy or any UK address (like your home, office or another safe place) to pick up your medicines or medical appliances.
