As a BA Journalism graduate, Jayna enjoys the challenge of learning about cutting-edge wellness research and translating that into digestible, chatty plain-English to benefit our app users and content readers.
Part of the Evergreen Life Wellbeing Team, she’s enthusiastic about supporting the Content Team to produce exciting, accessible articles and engaging in-app content to help them improve their health and wellbeing. Having worked as a Copywriter and Account Manager at a website design and digital marketing agency for six years prior to joining Evergreen Life, she loves collaborating with our Designers, Content Writers, and Wellness Experts to ensure our content is creative and tailored to our audience.

A Family Guide to Living Well with Dementia – Published by Critical Publishing and Co-authored alongside Liz-Leach-Murphy (Jayna published under her maiden name).
Jayna helped research, edit, proof-read, and write much of this practical guide aimed at helping anyone involved in working with people living with dementia. Focussed on Person-Centred and Self-Directed Support, along with community-based solutions, Living a Good Life with Dementia, promises to support professionals and carers in gaining knowledge and insight, enabling them to develop creative ideas for the care and support they wish to provide.
BA Journalism (News), University of Salford
NCTJ Diploma in Journalism
As well as a passion for informing, inspiring and motivating people through the written word for worthy causes, such as health and wellbeing enhancement, Jayna’s a big fan of putting the nuggets of information she picks up working at Evergreen into action. These include making small swaps to lead a healthier lifestyle. So far, since working at Evergreen, she’s ditched cordial juice for water, switched from white bread to brown and has now tried brown rice and has to say, she personally thinks there’s not much difference in taste!
